Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to collaborate with operational teams in Melbourne and across Australia to turn AI curiosity into measurable improvements. The role is permanent and based in our Melbourne office, with travel as needed.

You will lead workshops, map processes and coach local champions to embed new ways of working that stick, helping shape our AI practice and broaden impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in change, adoption, business improvement or a similar role.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across mixed audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a genuine interest in where AI is heading.
• Proactive, curious and adaptable with the ability to build trust quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to identify AI opportunities that improve processes and day-to-day work.
• Deliver workshops, training and drop-in support using approved AI tools and content.
• Map current processes, redesign better ways of working, and help teams embed lasting change.
• Build and support local champion networks alongside digital leads to maintain momentum.
• Shape and qualify new AI use cases, track outcomes, and share learnings across the business.
