Job summary

All Cast (NT) is seeking an experienced Operations / Site Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations at our Darwin site. This hands-on leadership role covers manufacturing, production planning, workforce management, procurement, yard operations and dispatch.

The successful candidate will drive safety, quality and delivery, lead supervisors and trades, implement systems, improve productivity and cost control, and coordinate with commercial teams to align production with project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing management, production planning and leadership.
• Ability to implement systems and drive performance improvements.
• Strong skills in workforce management, scheduling and cost control.
• Good understanding of manufacturing costs and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for daily manufacturing and site operations.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, workforce allocation and capacity.
• Lead and develop production supervisors, trades and yard personnel.
• Ensure targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are met.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and materials availability.
• Coordinate yard operations, storage, logistics and dispatch.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
• Implement SOPs, systems and performance reporting.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with commercial and project teams to align production with needs.
