DCOH is seeking a Darwin-based delivery lead to supervise commercial construction projects from award to handover. You will ensure work is safe, on programme, within budget and to high-quality standards.

Successful candidates will hold a relevant degree, demonstrate proven project delivery experience, and coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires hands-on leadership on site.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Building & Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects on time and to budget.
• Understanding of sequencing, programming and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, safety legislation and compliance.
• Ability to lead project teams in a live construction environment.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to meet programmes.
• Proficiency with Hammertech, Procore, MS Project, Aconex or similar systems.
• Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management; proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of construction projects in line with programme, budget and contract terms.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with the Site Manager for safe, efficient delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage sequencing and resolve constraints to maintain programme.
• Ensure HSEQ systems and compliance are implemented and maintained.
• Lead procurement, subcontractor engagement and package letting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and resources to hit milestones.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, commercial, safety and quality risks.
• Provide regular reporting on programme, cost, safety and quality metrics.
• Maintain project records, RFIs, variations and delivery documentation.
• Mentor team members and represent DCOH professionally.
