BlueScope Building Components in Darwin, NT, seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Lysaght team from our Darwin branch. You will oversee sales, service, operations and manufacturing, directing a small but growing team toward operational excellence and market growth.

You are a proven leader with strong communication, relationship-building and change-management skills, committed to safety, commercial outcomes and a hands-on approach to delivering results for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate and develop people.
• Hands-on leadership style with a practical approach.

• Experience leading change and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of eight across sales, customer service, operations and manufacturing.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, safety, production and transport activities.
• Drive customer service, branch performance and market growth.
• Manage branch costs and commercial outcomes, with support from the broader business.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead the implementation and stabilisation of new machinery, technology and operating processes.
• Promote a safe, engaged and high-performing team culture.
