All Cast (NT) in Darwin, NT is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing activities at an established precast concrete facility. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing, with proven experience managing production teams, coordinating schedules, improving productivity and taking ownership of production outcomes.

Precast concrete experience is not required. We are looking for a capable manufacturing manager who can lead people, manage production

About the Role

About You

Practical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and labour management.

Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.

Able to make decisions, set priorities and take responsibility for outcomes.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Precast concrete, concrete products, steel fabrication or similar manufacturing experience is advantageous.
