Job summary

Foundation Recruitment is recruiting a senior Project Manager to join its Darwin team for a leading commercial builder. The role covers full-cycle management from early contractor involvement to handover, with budget control and program delivery across NT projects.

You will coordinate procurement, contract administration and lead delivery teams, with a portfolio spanning government, education and healthcare projects. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender stage through to handover and defects liability.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and negotiate subcontract packages.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and delivery strategies.
• Undertake contract administration including variations, progress claims, EOTs and cost reporting.
• Manage procurement schedules and project cash flow.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to achieve project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
