Job summary

Foundation Recruitment partners with a Darwin-based construction company to appoint a Senior Project Manager who will own projects from tender stage through delivery and close-out. Based in Darwin, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure safety, quality and on-time performance across a diverse project portfolio.

• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager role.
• Strong background in commercial construction.
• Experience across estimating, tendering, contract administration and project delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, margins and project performance.
• Experience developing scopes of work, procurement strategies and subcontractor agreements.
• Ability to lead projects through the full lifecycle from pre-contract through to completion.
• Willing to relocate to Darwin.

We are partnering with a leading Darwin-based construction company, delivering high-quality commercial construction across the Northern Territory.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Managerto be based full time in Darwin and take ownership of projects from tender stage through to successful delivery and close-out.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, combining commercial, contractual and operational responsibilities. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.
