Job summary

Regal Innovations Pty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major construction projects from tender to delivery, based in Darwin. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while engaging stakeholders and driving project outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in pre-contract through to handover, with a strong emphasis on procurement, contract administration, and risk management in a dynamic NT setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager role.
• Strong background in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience across estimating, tendering, contract administration and project delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, margins and project performance.
• Experience developing scopes of work, procurement strategies and subcontractor agreements.
• Ability to lead projects through the full lifecycle from pre-contract through to completion.
• Willing to relocate to Darwin.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from estimating and tendering through to delivery and final handover.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, pricing, cost plans and project budgets.
• Develop and manage scopes of work, subcontract packages and procurement activities.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims and project reporting.
• Manage project programmes, forecasting, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and commercial exposures.
• Lead and mentor project teams to drive performance, accountability and successful project outcomes.
• Support ongoing business growth through client engagement and project acquisition activities.
