Job summary

Endfire Engineering Pty Ltd in Darwin seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of commercial and industrial projects. You will own projects from award through to completion, coordinating teams, clients and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time and within-budget outcomes.

With a Diploma in Project Management and proven PM experience in construction, you will manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors and reporting, while building strong client relationships across diverse

Qualifications

• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Proven PM experience in construction projects.
• Fire protection experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong understanding of site-based project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Australian working rights required.

Responsibilities

• Managing project delivery, including budgets, timelines and resourcing
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
• Managing procurement of materials and equipment
• Liaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress, risks and commercial performance
• Resolving project and site issues to keep delivery on track
