Sitzler Pty in Darwin’s Berrimah Office is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) to lead civil projects across the Northern Territory. This permanent, full-time role is based at our Darwin office, offering a pivotal position to shape outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships.

You will manage project operations, ensure WHS compliance, oversee tenders, risk management, and drive cost-effective design solutions with the project

Qualifications

• Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job.
• Sound knowledge of project programming, resource management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage project operations in line with directives and deliverables.
• Ensure WHS is maintained at all times.
• Coordinate, prepare and submit tenders as directed per company procedures.
• Identify risks and opportunities in each tender and drive cost-saving design solutions.
