Job summary

Emerge Fire Services Pty Ltd, based in Castle Hill NSW, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire protection projects from design coordination through to construction and handover. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and variations, attending site meetings and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the Australian fire protection industry.
• Experience in project management within the fire services sector.
• Knowledge of wet and/or dry fire protection systems.
• Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and construction practices.
• Experience on medium to large commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fire protection projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with builders, consultants, subcontractors and internal design teams.
• Oversee project programming, procurement, budgets and resources.
• Manage project variations, progress claims and contractual requirements.
• Attend site meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, NCC requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety and commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and commercial issues proactively.
