Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in civil construction with PM experience.
• Proven ability to manage safety, environment, design and contract standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a portfolio of civil projects including subdivisions, roads and water infrastructure.
• Managing programming, staging and construction methodologies.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and industry standards.
• Leading cost reporting and forecasts of project financial performance.
• Developing subcontractor work packages and reviewing performance.
• Building strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Fostering a proactive safety culture on site.
