Job summary

McMahon Services is seeking a highly experienced Building Project Manager to join our Northern Territory Building & Civil team in Darwin. This senior role leads delivery from planning to handover, across building and civil scopes, with a strong focus on leadership and client relationships.

You’ll mentor project engineers and site teams, manage budgets and procurement, and ensure safety and compliance across diverse projects. Darwin-based with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex building and civil projects.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Solid financial acumen and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through delivery and handover.
• Manage budgets, programmes, procurement, variations.
• Mentor project engineers and site managers.
• Build client relationships and manage safety/compliance.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management.
