Job summary

Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking an APS6 Cyber Planning and Delivery Coordinator to drive planning, governance and assurance for cyber security initiatives across digital health services.

You will work with cyber security, technology, projects and business teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned to priorities, with flexible working arrangements across major cities.

Join the Australian Digital Health Agency as a (APS6) Cyber Planning and Delivery Coordinator, where you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of cyber security initiatives that protect nationally significant digital health services. Working across cyber security, technology, projects and business teams, you’ll drive planning, governance, assurance activities and stakeholder engagement to ensure cyber programs are delivered effectively and aligned to organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of cyber security initiatives, assurance reviews and security testing activities across the Agency.
• Manage and track cyber-related work requests, project dependencies and delivery milestones to ensure timely outcomes.
• Partner with technical specialists, project teams and vendors to support the successful delivery of cyber security services and projects.
• Prepare reports, briefings and performance updates for senior leaders to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cyber governance, delivery processes and operational practices.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or complex pieces of work in a technology or cyber security environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of cyber security principles, risk management or the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) is highly desirable.
• Experience in project management methodologies, governance and reporting, with relevant qualifications highly desirable

Australian citizenship is mandatory. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a national police clearance and the required security clearance, with the ability to attain a higher-level clearance if needed.

Salary: $101,379 - $114, 373 plus 15.4% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
