Job summary

A leading technology firm in Brisbane is seeking a Program Manager for their Cyber Security Strategic Program team. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of cyber security initiatives, manage competing priorities, and oversee vendor performance. The ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification in Program or Project Management and proven experience in delivering cyber transformation programs. You work as a Program Manager within a Cyber Security Strategic Program team. The role leads end to end delivery of cyber security initiatives aligned to whole of government priorities. You manage competing priorities, coordinate internal teams and third party vendors, and drive delivery across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end delivery of cyber security projects, including business cases, procurement, project and program plans
• Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams and vendors
• Apply project management methodology and enterprise architecture assurance frameworks
• Manage resources, benefits, risks, issues, dependencies, schedule, budget, and reporting
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and value for money outcomes
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement

Highly desirable criteria

• Proven experience delivering digital or cyber transformation programs
• Tertiary qualification in Program or Project Management, or equivalent senior experience
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain NV1 National Security Clearance
• Experience working within public sector or complex regulated environments
• Experience delivering programs with strong organisational change dependencies
• Strong vendor and contract management experience
