Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks a Senior Cyber Strategy Consultant to engage with customers, lead client meetings, and deliver high-quality cyber strategy deliverables. The role also focuses on identifying opportunities and supporting business development, including proposals and presentations.

This position requires experienced cyber strategy professionals who can operate with minimal supervision and drive impactful outcomes for clients in a global consulting context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, computer engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in cyber security, ideally with a global consulting firm or large tech company.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and business acumen.

Job description

This role is with CyberCX, part of Accenture.

The Senior Cyber Strategy Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to solve their most challenging cyber security problems, protect their future, and empower them to thrive in an uncertain world.

This role is suitable for an experienced cyber strategy professional capable of leading client meetings and producing high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision. The Senior Consultant - Strategy and Consulting also uses their business acumen to identify new opportunities and support business development activities including proposals and presentations.

• Bachelor or master’s degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information system, computer engineering or related field is preferred
• A minimum of three years of experience working in cyber security, ideally with experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology company
• Strong people leadership qualities, including personal presence and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders
• Strategic mindset and understanding of how engagements fit into a broader business context
• Ability to communicate with structure, clarity, and precision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
• Proficiency and experience across more than one cyber security areas. For example, risk assessment and management, cyber security frameworks (such as NIST CSF, ISM, ISO/IEC27001) or vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, security research etc
