Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Manager GRC to lead Governance, Risk and Compliance engagements for diverse clients. You will guide teams, identify and mitigate security risks, and deliver high‑quality reports with actionable recommendations.

The role requires influencing stakeholders and building enduring client relationships while aligning with CyberCX values. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cyber security projects, relevant certifications, and a deep theoretical understanding of

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance across multiple projects.
• Strong ability to identify security risks and present actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex security engagements.
• Relevant security certifications and active security clearance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead security projects within Governance, Risk and Compliance domains.
• Identify risks, prepare reports, and present clear recommendations.
• Mentor teams and ensure delivery excellence in cross-practice engagements.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships through proactive support.
• Collaborate across CyberCX and Accenture to add value for clients.

The ManagerGRChas a strong understanding of all major cyber security domain, allowing them to use their deep theoretical understanding within Governance, Risk and Compliance to lead security teams to deliver complex cross-practice or work package projects.

This is achieved by providing direction, mentoring and quality control to consultants as part of engagement teams, and through building client trust by communicating with influence,demonstratingexcellence in planning and execution, and applying deep security knowledge.the ManagerGRCactively contributes throughout the client engagement life cycle,fromidentifyingand qualifying opportunitiesto delivery and closure. In addition,the ManagerGRCactively supports the ongoing management of client relationships and the identification of flow through opportunities for allCyberCXservice lines.

KeyRoles&Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base toassistthem inidentifyingand effectivelymanagingsecurity risks
• Leada team to deliver security projects workpackage with team membersintheGovernance, Risk and Compliance domainand within cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, makingrecommendations,andidentifyingsolutions
• Lead,mentorand build high performing teams in complex deliveries. Understand what each team members skills are, to provide guidance in developing delivery excellence
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer supportandworking withCustomer Sales,Customer Solutionsand Marketing teams to support relevant activities
• Demonstrate strong alignment withCyberCXvalues to peers and customers
• Actively collaborateacrossCyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value
• Facilitate communication,partnerships,and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers

Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Minimum of5years of experience dealing with a diverse range ofCyber/Information, Communications & Technologyprojectsand challenges, preferably over a number of industry domains
• At least one major security certification (IRAP,CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LeadAuditor orLeadImplementor, PCIQSA)
• Ahigh performing and proficient consultantwith adeep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain that allows them to perform complex projects independently
• Strong computer skills, particularly experienced working with Microsoft Word,PowerPoint, Excel, Teams,Outlook, Project, and Visio
• Diplomatic, tactful, and empathicstakeholder engagement and communication skillsthat enable them toactively contribute to the development of customer relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
• Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
• Attention to detail, proactive and organised individual
• Diplomalevelor highertertiary qualification inInformation, Communications &Technologyorotherfields withexperience
