Job summary

Accenture Australia, in partnership with CyberCX, is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance consultant to drive quality outcomes in complex cyber security projects. You will work with clients to identify risks, prepare reports, and contribute to customer relationships across Sales, Solutions and Marketing teams.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, engagement capabilities, and progress towards recognized security certifications, within a dynamic, regional cyber security practice.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Bachelor level tertiary qualification in cyber security, forensics, or similar field
• Minimum 1 year of experience dealing with a diverse range of information / cyber security projects and challenges
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skillsthat enable them to actively contribute to the development of customer relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
• A high performing and proficient consultant with a deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain that allows them to perform complex projects independently
• Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
• Ideally (but not necessarily) in the process of taking on at least one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI)

Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing cyber security risk
• Lead standard, and support complex, cyber security projects in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships by working with Customer Sales and Customer Solutions teams and Marketing teams to support relevant activities
• Demonstrate strong alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
