Job summary

CFS in Australia is seeking a Cyber Awareness Coordinator to strengthen security culture. You will deliver education, campaigns and targeted training, translating cyber risks into practical actions for staff and leaders.

You'll collaborate across Cyber Security, Technology, Risk and Communications to coordinate activities, maintain records, analyse data and drive improvements in awareness and engagement using AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber awareness, security culture or employee engagement programs.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical messages.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse participation and risk data for insights.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple initiatives with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber awareness, education and engagement activities across campaigns and events.
• Coordinate phishing simulations and role-based training with targeted audiences.
• Create engaging communications and learning resources for employees and leaders.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Technology, Risk, Communications and Learning teams.
• Maintain training and engagement records and assist with reporting.
• Analyse program data to identify trends and escalate findings.
• Assist with configuration and data validation of awareness platforms.
• Contribute ideas to improve activities and employee experience.
• Use approved AI tools to support content, administration and reporting.
