Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Cyber Security Analyst focusing on security operations, incident response, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and best practices; holds or pursues relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of comprehensive cyber security strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend controls.
• Monitor security events and respond to threats and breaches.
• Lead incident response activities including containment and recovery.
• Collaborate to design secure infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Perform security assessments and penetration testing to address vulnerabilities.
• Incorporate security policies and procedures; stay updated on threats and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and promote professional growth.
