Job summary

Colonial First State is seeking a Cyber Assurance Analyst to join the Workforce Assurance team in Sydney. You will help strengthen cyber governance, education, and awareness across the organisation, translating threats and risks into practical training and communications.

You'll collaborate across Cyber Governance, Technology and Risk, delivering engaging campaigns, simulations and reports. A focus on data-driven improvement and responsible AI adoption is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber awareness, security culture and education programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex topics into practical content.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse participation and risk data to drive improvements.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives.
• Discretion with sensitive information and strict record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber awareness, education and engagement activities across the organisation.
• Plan phishing simulations and role-based training; analyse results to prioritise audiences.
• Create clear communications and resources translating cyber risks into actionable steps.
• Coordinate with Cyber Security, Technology, Risk, Communications, and L&D to meet delivery needs.
• Maintain training and engagement records and assist with reporting.
• Analyse data to identify trends and gaps; escalate findings to senior management.
• Support administration of awareness platforms, including configuration and data validation.
• Contribute ideas to improve activities and employee experience.
• Use approved AI tools to assist content creation, administration and reporting.
