FIS Australasia Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst Lead, Cybersecurity to join our central cybersecurity team in Sydney. You will lead vulnerability management, assist incident response, and coordinate security initiatives across technical and management stakeholders.

You will translate complex findings into clear actions and drive improvements in security processes. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and help shape security strategy and architecture in a complex environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, risk management or related security discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cybersecurity projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security incident response.
• Hands-on data analysis skills, including SQL queries.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business context and actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate vulnerability management activities across teams.
• Support cybersecurity incident response and drive follow-up actions.
• Lead cybersecurity meetings, clarify risks, decisions, dependencies and actions.
• Produce security reports with actionable insights for management and technical stakeholders.
• Run SQL queries to investigate security information and identify trends.
• Bridge cybersecurity with business and technical teams to provide clear context.
• Lead large cybersecurity projects and coordinate priorities, risks and outcomes.
• Drive improvements to cybersecurity processes, standards, and operating practices.
• Provide technical leadership and SME guidance across cybersecurity operations and risk management.
• Support vulnerability management programs and remediation of findings.
• Coach junior team members and promote best practices across teams.
