We believe in celebrating individuality, have a passion for high performance and create an environment where you can unleash your full potential. Our people enable us to make a difference and deliver exceptional experiences to help our customers achieve financial freedom.

Your Team

You will join the Cyber Governance, Controls and Training team within CFS's Cyber function. The team is responsible for strengthening cyber governance, control effectiveness, training, awareness and assurance outcomes across the organisation. Working with stakeholders across the business, you will translate cyber threats, incidents and technical risks into practical education, communications and targeted initiatives that strengthen secure behaviours and reduce human cyber risk.

At CFS, we're committed to leveraging AI to enhance how we work and serve our customers. Your Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of cyber awareness, education and engagement activities, including organisation-wide and targeted campaigns, events, communications and the Cyber Awareness Champions Network.
  • Plan and coordinate phishing simulations and role-based cyber training, using results to identify priority audiences, address learning needs and support timely completion.
  • Prepare clear, engaging and practical communications, presentations and learning resources that translate cyber threats, incidents and technical risks into relevant actions for employees and people leaders.
  • Work with stakeholders across Cyber Security, Technology, Risk, Communications, Learning and Development to coordinate agreed activities and respond to delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training, phishing, participation and engagement records and assist with routine reporting.
  • Analyse program data to identify trends, completion gaps and potential areas for follow-up, escalating findings to the Senior Manager.
  • Support the administration of awareness, training, simulation and reporting platforms, including basic configuration, testing and data validation.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve awareness and training activities, processes and employee experience.
  • Use approved technology and AI tools to support content preparation, administration, analysis and reporting.
Your Capability and Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, understand business needs and prepare practical content for different audiences.
  • Highly developed written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging and actionable messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse participation, behavioural and risk data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify priority audiences and provide evidence-based insights and recommendations.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Sound judgement, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work independently, handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain accurate records.
Desirable
  • Exposure to cyber awareness, phishing simulation, employee communications, learning and development, change or engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with learning management, phishing simulation, content management, survey, reporting or data visualisation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of cyber security concepts, common threats, secure behaviours or human risk management practices.
