Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced Civil Subdivision Labourers to join a civil contractor working across Beenleigh and surrounding suburbs. The role offers consistent full-time hours, potential overtime, and pathways to upskill into plant operation.

You will support drainage, trenching, site setup and assist operators on site, contributing to safe, productive subdivision projects and ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Previous civil construction or subdivision experience preferred.
• Understanding of drainage, services and earthworks.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
• Reliable transport is required.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are essential.
• Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsabilités

• General civil labouring across subdivision projects.
• Assisting with trenching, drainage and pipe laying.
• Backfilling and site preparation.
• Spotting machinery and working safely around mobile plant.
• Assisting with site setup and traffic control.
• General site clean-up and housekeeping.
• Using hand and power tools.

Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Civil Subdivision Labourers to join an established civil construction contractor working across Beenleigh and surrounding suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for consistent hours, ongoing subdivision work and the opportunity to upskill into plant operation.

You will be working as part of an experienced civil crew across residential and commercial subdivision projects. The role will involve a mixture of general civil labouring, drainage support, site preparation and assisting operators on site.
