Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join their Narangba crew on a long-term road upgrade project. The role runs Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30am with 9–10 hour days.

Requirements include a valid Driver’s Licence with reliable transport, 9+ months in civil construction on subdivisions, and good physical fitness. A reliable, positive attitude is essential for steady, long-term work.

• $40/hour + penalties + $22.50 daily travel allowance

About the Client

Our client is an established civil engineering and construction contractor with extensive experience delivering medium-sized, complex infrastructure projects across Queensland. The business specialises in technically challenging, non-repetitive and higher-risk projects, providing end-to-end construction expertise across areas including roadworks and earthworks, bridges, rail infrastructure, drainage, pipelines, pump stations, water and marine works, and car parks.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join their crew in Narangba in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30am working 9-10hr days.

Working on a road upgrade project, your duties will include:

• Completing road-based labouring duties

• Minimum 9+ months in civil industry with experience working on subdivisions. Ideally with exposure to toppy/pipe laying work.
• Physically fit as the work will be labour intensive
