• Collecting, reviewing, and interpreting shipping and customs documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Providing value-added advisory services, including duty minimisation strategies and tariff concessions.
• Liaising with clients, internal freight and transport teams, and government agencies.
• Managing multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
