Job summary

Transport Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd (TES) in Malaga, WA, is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to support our WA operations. This full-time role combines customer service, sales support, and hands-on warehouse coordination in a dynamic environment.

You will manage calls, assist counter sales, coordinate stock movements, assemble braking kits, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift license and driver's license are essential.
• Experience in warehouse/storeperson roles is preferred.
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Support counter sales as required to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations for efficient workflow.
• Manage stock movements, including receiving, dispatching and inventory accuracy.
• Assemble braking kits and related products to required standards.
• Ensure assembled items meet quality and safety requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks to support operations.
• Keep warehouse clean and tidy per TES guidelines.
