Job summary

Multotec Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Wangara warehouse and logistics operation. This hands-on role requires a practical leader who can manage daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while fostering safety and performance across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, including team leadership.
• Experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS and dispatch processes.
• WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements understood.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop warehouse teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Coordinate warehouse resources and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory through ERP systems and cycle counts.
• Manage freight bookings and transport providers.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.
• Support DIFOT performance through planning and coordination.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, productivity and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, mentor and develop inbound and dispatch lead hands and the team.
