Job summary

WannonWater in Warrnambool is seeking two Customer Support Officers on a 12-month temporary basis. You will answer daily customer calls, assist visitors, and ensure requests are handled promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Sound experience in a customer support role.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to assist and resolve customer issues under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
• High level of computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Attend to visitors and customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
• Act as a source of information for members of the public.
• Assist with issuing invoices and following up overdue accounts.
