Who we are looking for

We're on the lookout for a proactive professional to join us as our Project Manager - Digital Services. In this role, you'll help deliver key initiatives within our Customer Digital Platform, aiming to improve our systems and enhancing the overall customer experience. You'll manage aspects of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing systems project (CX Plus), as well as oversee upgrades to our phone system and stakeholder management system.

This is a full-time contracted position based in Warrnambool. This role comes with a generous salary of $99,465 to $110,954 p.a. plus superannuation.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

  • Manage a range of projects, ensuring they are delivered timely while fostering clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure project billing and budgets alignwith approved financial plans.
  • Lead and support engagement with consultants and vendors to deliver agreed project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of digital platform projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and a strong focus on customer experience.
Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration, digital platforms or related discipline.
  • Industry certifications in project management such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of business and digital applications, utilising technology to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in project management, procurement, and business case development.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage different user groups to implement improvements to systems and processes.
