Job summary

Hunter Water Corporation Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide technical support for development applications. The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or above and a passion for excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assessing development requirements and responding to customer inquiries in line with standards.

Additional perks include paid community service leave and hybrid work options, with a base salary up to $79,387.25 plus 12% superannuation. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong communication skills and effective time management.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or above in a relevant qualification and/or previous customer service experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a high volume, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for submission of development applications.
• Assess and determine basic development requirements.
• Respond to customer queries related to Hunter Water’s operations.
