Job summary

HireCloud is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a Printing & Technology environment. The role offers flexibility to work from home and from the office, with a friendly team and training provided.

You will handle inbound inquiries, provide technical guidance, quote customers, and coordinate with Sales and Service teams. Ideal candidates possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, can identify basic technical issues, and have prior experience in customer-focused

The role of the Customer Support Specialist will include:

• Answer inbound customer calls, webchats and emails professionally and efficiently
• Provide basic troubleshooting using the Technical User Guide and elevate to the Service Desk where required
• Provide quotes to customers, process and track orders and ensure all service delivery targets are met and exceeded
• Work very closely with teams across the organisation including Sales, Service Desk, Deployment and Management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Very strong Customer Service and Communication skills and ability to take ownership of outcomes for customers
• Ability to identify basic technical issues and apply guided troubleshooting with Customers and elevate as required
• Experience using webchat, E-Automate or Insight are not to have but not required
• Experience working in a similar customer focused role
