Job summary

Redox, a leading raw material and ingredients distributor with 18 regional offices across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America, seeks a detail-oriented administrator to support the Sales team by processing orders and handling customer inquiries.

The role emphasizes strong time management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; training on our in-house system will be provided. You will liaise with transport, warehouse and sales to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administration role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Team oriented and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via in-house system.
• Provide phone/email support for customer service inquiries.
• Coordinate with transport, warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
