Job summary

Redox Ltd is seeking a Despatch/Transport Office Support to join our fast-paced logistics team in NSW. The role involves preparing consignment notes, tracking deliveries, and coordinating pickups with transport providers.

You will also generate run sheets, manage labels, and respond to marketing inquiries regarding movement of non-local deliveries. The ideal candidate has experience in a despatch/transport office, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational abilities to thrive in a

Responsibilities

• Prepare consignment notes and documentation.
• Track proof of deliveries and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
• Prepare run sheets and consolidate delivery orders for Local Metro runs.
• Arrange store reports and labels for storage contractors.
• Answer marketing enquiries on movements of non-local deliveries.

The Position

• Fulltime Monday to Friday (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm - flexible)
• Preparing consignment notes
• Tracking proof of deliveries
• Calling and arranging pick up and deliveries through transport and freight companies
• Preparing Run sheets
• Consolidating delivery orders for Local Metro runs
• Arranging store reports and labels for storage contractors
• Printing labels and organising the despatch of labels and documentation to external warehouses
• Answering marketing enquiries on the movements of non-local deliveries
  
  

About You

• Previous experience in Despatch/Transport office support role with experience in liaising with a variety of people - including customers, truck drivers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet in a fast paced transport office
• Dangerous Goods experience an advantage
