Job summary

Redox is seeking a Transport and Warehouse Administration Clerk in Australia. You will book regional and interstate deliveries, prepare consignments and run sheets, and assist sales and staff with queries, while handling daily admin tasks with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and computer skills in MS Office, plus adaptability to changing workloads in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or clerical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident liaising with customers, transport/shipping companies and drivers.
• Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectively.
• Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible to handle a changing workload and think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries.
• Preparing consignment notes and other documentation.
• Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries.
• Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors.
• Assisting sales representatives and other staff with queries.
• Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails.
