Job summary

Redox is seeking a Customer Service Officer in NSW to support Product Managers with supplier coordination, order processing, stock management and day‑to‑day product activities. You will handle sales calls, data entry, and follow ups with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Mandarin skills are a plus, with 1 day WFH after probation and various rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and order processing.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate suppliers and manage stock levels.
• Comfort with data entry and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receiving sales calls and data entry of customer orders.
• Following up deliveries to ensure completion.
• Checking product availability.
• Supporting Product Managers with general tasks and communicating with Sales Representatives and suppliers as required.
• Relieving Product Managers when off-site or on leave, including taking emails and placing orders.
• Reviewing stock requirements and updating Product Managers on stock needs.
• Creating and confirming purchase order documents for local and overseas shipments.
• Maintaining supplier databases as required.
• Confidently use Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Preference for Mandarin for B2B communications.
