Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a Customer Support Manager at Calamvale Parklands Care Community to warmly welcome new residents and lead the administration team. You will guide prospective residents and families, coach and inspire staff, and foster strong relationships with residents and partners to ensure a welcoming, connected community.

The role emphasizes leadership, empathy, and organized operations to maintain smooth day-to-day administration and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role involving consultation and relationship building (aged care, healthcare, hospitality or community services highly regarded)
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring a team
• Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people
• An organised, empathetic nature with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
