PFD Food Services in Victoria is seeking a energetic Compliance and Customer Service Representative to be the frontline voice for customers, handling orders, enquiries and issues with care and professionalism.

You will manage high volumes of inbound calls, process orders across phone, email, fax and online channels, and maintain accurate records in Excel while supporting other admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Ability to process orders via multiple channels.
• Professional communication and customer care.
• Comfort with documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Receive and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Accurately process orders received via phone, email, fax, and online channels.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, and share product updates.
• Prepare, maintain and update reports, spreadsheets and customer records using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with banking, payment processing, account reconciliations and related administrative activities.
• Handle and record customer complaints, ensuring follow-up and resolution in line with procedures.
• Create and update customer records and assist in setting up new accounts.
• Generate custom pantry/order sheets using customer order history.
• Support other departments with administrative or operational tasks as required.
• Adhere to all workplace health, safety, food safety, and compliance policies, and actively contribute to a positive safety culture.
