Job summary

Pacific labels Pty Ltd on the Central Coast NSW seeks a proactive Customer Support / Order Coordinator to act as key contact for clients, handling orders from quotation through production and despatch.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate artwork, production timelines, deliveries, and ensure accurate records; you’ll work with internal teams to meet deadlines and respond to inquiries via phone and email.

• Liaising with customers regarding artwork, production timelines, deliveries and order requirements
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
