Job summary

Giuntabell Pty, a specialist accounting and financial systems consulting business, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Toowong, Brisbane QLD for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover commencing December 2026. This office-based role focuses on customer relationships, project coordination and commercial account management.

You will collaborate with technical consultants, software partners and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience throughout implementation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management or client relationship management.
• Experience coordinating or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence leading customer meetings and managing expectations.
• Experience with customer renewals, commercial discussions or account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Lead regular customer check-ins and service review meetings.
• Coordinate multiple software implementation projects alongside technical project leads.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks and outstanding actions.
• Manage customer software subscription renewals from start to finish.
