Job summary

Criterion in New South Wales is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first contact for customers and café partners, handling orders, enquiries and solutions across multiple channels. You’ll work with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations to ensure timely support from order to delivery.
