Criterion Industries in Glendenning, Western Sydney, NSW, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. We’re a fast‑growing, family‑owned company delivering aluminium partitioning systems, sliding systems, doors and hardware to building sectors.

This role suits energetic, ambitious people who thrive in a dynamic, results‑driven environment and want a long‑term career rather than a quick, scripted job. You will handle inquiries, process orders in our ERP, learn our products, build relationships

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Natural problem solver who can think on their feet and make decisions.
• Confident with humility; takes initiative but is open to feedback.
• Numeracy skills: pricing, product calculations, and ERP order processing.
• Adaptable communication with architects, builders, and subcontractors.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound inquiries, process customer orders, and enter them into the ERP system with precision.
• Learn and understand partitioning systems, sliding doors, and accessories to advise customers effectively.
• Work with customers to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Engage with architects, builders, and subcontractors to build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and logistics to meet customer needs.
