Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale distributed systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain service stability and performance for OpenShift MCS.
- Lead high-priority customer escalations with a customer-first mindset.
- Develop code and automation scripts to improve scalability and reliability.
- Coordinate complex incident response and postmortems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve robustness.
- Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident leadership.
