Red Energy is looking for team members who enjoy solving problems and helping customers through challenging times. You’ll take ownership of complex inquiries, use multiple systems to update accounts, and translate energy information into clear language while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role starts with 7 weeks of fully paid training in Richmond, then shifts to a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Competenze

• 12+ months of experience in a busy customer service role.
• Ability to stay positive and resilient when speaking with frustrated or stressed customers.
• Strong logic and critical thinking to investigate problems and find fair solutions.

Mansioni

• Handle high-volume calls and work toward resolution for customer concerns.
• Update and lookup customer accounts across multiple systems while ensuring compliance.
