Job summary

Pearsons Florist in Stanmore, Sydney, is seeking two reliable team members for a hands-on role combining customer service, order processing, warehouse support and junior floristry duties.

This hands-on, full-time position starts at 7am or 8am, with Monday–Saturday shifts and alternating weekends. You will be a key part of a creative, family-owned florist with design centre and floristry school.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in handling orders and stock.
• Positive, flexible approach to work and team support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills for internal and external interactions.
• Proven experience in delighting customers and clients.
• Exceptional phone manner for inquiries and order updates.
• Ability to undertake physical work, including lifting and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Process website, phone and email orders and answer queries.
• Troubleshoot order issues with drivers, customers and florists.
• Manage corporate customers with exceptional service.
• Quote on special orders, corporate events and other products.
• Build and develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Assist and support florists where required.
• Coordinate movement of orders between warehouse and floristry teams.

About the Role:

We're looking for two reliable and enthusiastic team members to join our Stanmore team in a varied role combining customer service, order processing, warehouse support and junior floristry duties.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is happy to get involved wherever needed to help our business run smoothly. The roles are full time, permanent roles, starting either 7am or 8am. We operate Monday - Saturday. You would alternate the weekend.

Key duties include:

• Process website, phone and email orders and answer queries.
• Troubleshoot order issues with our drivers, customers, and florists.
• Manage our corporate customers by delivering exceptional service.
• Quote on special orders, corporate events and other extraordinary products.
• Build and develop strong relationships with our customers.

• Assist and support our florists where required.
• Help coordinate the movement of orders between our warehouse and floristry teams.

About You:
