Pearsons Florist is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sydney to join our design and floristry team. You will handle website, phone and email orders, support our florists, and deliver exceptional service to corporate customers.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, in a friendly, creative environment where attention to detail and strong communication are valued. You’ll thrive on building relationships and solving customer issues daily.

We are a third generation, family owned and operated florist. We have a retail store, Design Centre, and a School of Floristry. Established in 1969, we have over 50 years of experience within the floristry industry.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our team of florists based in Stanmore (inner west). This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Key duties include:

• Process website, phone and email orders and answer queries.

• Troubleshoot order issues with our drivers, customers, and florists.

• Manage our corporate customers by delivering exceptional service.

• Quote on special orders, corporate events and other extraordinary products.

• Build and develop strong relationships with our customers.

• Support our team of florists.
