Wests Illawarra is seeking enthusiastic and reliable part-time Customer Service Team Members to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll take drink and food orders, assist customers, process sales through our POS, and support gaming operations. RSA/RCG cards are required, with advanced RCG desirable; prior front of house and Keno experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and a customer-focused approach.
• Permanent residents of Australia or eligible to work in the country.
• Current RSA and RCG competency cards; Advanced RCG preferred.
• Experience in front of house, bar and gaming operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders from customers.

• Process sales through the POS system accurately.
• Perform gaming machine payouts as required.

Wests Illawarra is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable part-time Customer Service Team Members to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with enquiries, processing sales through our POS system, performing gaming machine payouts, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and promoting a safe workplace by identifying potential hazards.

Applicants with previous gaming floor experience will be highly regarded, as this experience is preferred for the position.
