Job summary
Stramit, Australia's leading steel manufacturer and building products company, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead a team of six across Commercial Projects and Sheds. You will coach, develop and steward performance to deliver outstanding service throughout project lifecycles.
Working closely with sales, planning and manufacturing teams, you’ll navigate project-based orders, coordinate material requirements and provide practical solutions that keep projects moving.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading customer service, internal sales or project support teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 Customer Service Representatives.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations and development planning.
- Support customers across commercial building projects and shed applications.
- Manage escalated customer enquiries and project-related challenges.
- Partner with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing and Transport teams to deliver outcomes.
- Drive team engagement, accountability and a customer-first culture.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the customer service transformation journey.
