Stramit, a leading Melbourne-based manufacturer of steel building products, seeks a sales support professional to analyse sales performance, customer trends and pricing activity to drive smarter commercial decisions. You will coordinate quotes, maintain Salesforce data and support Account Managers to win work.
You will combine commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management, data interpretation and pricing discipline to support a high-performing sales team.
Stramit is a leading manufacturer of steel building products, supplying roofing, walling, rainwater and structural solutions to customers across residential, commercial and industrial markets. Our success is built on strong customer relationships, quality products, and the passionate people who keep our business moving forward. We foster a collaborative, down-to-earth culture where people are supported to grow, contribute new ideas and make a genuine impact.
This is more than a sales support position. It's a critical commercial role that sits at the heart of the sales team.
Working closely with Account Managers, Pricing and Sales Leaders, you’ll be responsible for analysing sales performance, customer trends and pricing activity to help drive smarter business decisions. You might be preparing insights ahead of a sales meeting, identifying why certain customers are losing market share, uncovering growth opportunities, or helping the team understand where future revenue will come from.
You’ll also act as the operational backbone of the sales function, managing pricing and commercial systems, coordinating quotes, maintaining Salesforce data, supporting customer accounts and ensuring our Account Managers can focus on what they do best: building customer relationships and winning work. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, improving processes and supporting a high-performing sales team, this is a role where you can make a real impact.
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience within building products, manufacturing, construction or industrial markets would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
Sounds like you? and become part of a team that's helping shape the future of Australian construction.
