Job summary

Pernod Ricard Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and support the Pacific Integrated Operations team.

You will manage orders, communicate status, and resolve queries while developing product knowledge across the Pernod Ricard premium portfolio. Hybrid work option available with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations.
• Knowledge of supply chain or exports is desirable.
• Familiarity with JDE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
